General: Offer only available for bookings made between 28 September 2022 – 12 October 2022 for stays between 28 September 2022 – 22 December 2022 at Crown Hotels Melbourne properties (Eligible Bookings). Some blackout periods or limited availability may apply to special event periods and public holidays, including 15/10, 22/10, 28/10 – 03/11 inclusive and 10/12.  Advance bookings required. Cancellations within 24-hours of check-in will result in forfeiture of the full fee payable for the stay. Crown practises the responsible service of alcohol. Service fee of 0.85% applies to accounts settled by credit card.  Bookings are not transferable to other people.

Triple Velocity Points: Velocity Frequent Flyer Members will receive Triple Velocity Points, standard earn rate is 3 Points per $1 spent, Velocity Frequent Flyer Members will earn 9 Points per $1 spent (Triple Points) on Eligible Bookings.  Points are awarded on Room only and not on ancillary hotel spend such as mini bar, room service, food and beverages, telephone, laundry and “pay per view” charges..  Velocity Triple Points June  offer must be booked, other rates tiers will not apply. Velocity Members will also receive a 10% Discount off Best Available Rates, no further discounts apply. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Bookings must be made directly https://www.crownhotels.com.au/velocity or by calling 1800 055 133.  Bookings made through the Crown Hotels homepage will not be eligible for the Triple Points earn or discount.
