Employees will be educated as to appropriate hand hygiene practices Hand sanitiser dispensers are placed at key patron and employee entrances, carparks and high contact areas.  It is mandatory for patrons to use hand sanitiser upon entry to restaurants and when approaching hotel reception counters.
